HPLC test rebate
Every lot is HPLC-tested in-house before release. If your independent third-party HPLC test shows a result outside our published specifications, Ox Research Labs LLC will refund the product cost.
Specifications
- Purity: ≥ 98% by HPLC, expressed as area-under-curve at the labeled wavelength.
- Mass: labeled net peptide weight, within ±10% deviation.
If your independent test reports purity below the threshold or mass outside the ±10% window, the rebate applies. Both criteria are measured per lot, not per vial.
Accepted testing labs
To prevent disputes, we only accept results from labs we have established methodology with. At the time of writing, these are:
Reports from other ISO-17025 accredited or equivalently audited labs may be accepted at our discretion. We may request raw chromatograms, full methodology, and sample chain of custody before approving a rebate.
How to claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number, the SKU and lot tested, and the unaltered lab report.
- We respond within 5 business days. Approved rebates are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Other refunds
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 14 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact [email protected] with photos (if damaged) or your tracking reference (if lost). We will reship or refund at our discretion, subject to available stock.
Wrong item shipped
If we shipped you a different SKU than ordered, we will replace the item at no cost and cover return shipping of the wrong item. Contact support within 14 days of delivery.
Change of mind
Because of the nature of research-use compounds, we do not accept returns for unused, unopened, or change-of-mind reasons once an order has shipped. Order carefully.
Not covered
- Test results from labs not listed above without prior written approval.
- Test results from samples not stored per the handling instructions on the product page.
- Claims older than 30 days from delivery confirmation.
- Claims that cannot be tied to a specific lot we shipped you (we will ask).
Disputes
If you disagree with our decision on a rebate or refund, you may request review by replying to the original support thread. Persistent disputes that cannot be resolved between us are governed by the venue and arbitration terms in our Terms of Service.
Updates
We may update this policy. The labs we accept and the rebate amount may change as third-party testing options evolve. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies.
