What this means

Ox Research Labs LLC sources and distributes compounds for research and laboratory use only. None of our products are intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic application, therapeutic use, or food or cosmetic formulation. This applies to every SKU we list, whether or not the individual product page repeats the disclaimer.

Who can purchase

By placing an order, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified researcher or research institution.
• You will use the materials only for in-vitro research conducted by you or under your direct supervision.
• You will not administer, ingest, inject, inhale, or otherwise consume the materials, and will not provide them to any third party for such use.
• You will not relabel, repackage, or resell the materials, and you will not represent them as anything other than research chemicals.
• You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your research, including any handling, storage, transport, and disposal requirements.

Handling and storage

Lyophilized peptides ship at ambient temperature. Once received, store sealed, dark, and cool — preferably refrigerated — until reconstitution. Reconstituted product should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe printed on the lot. Improper storage accelerates degradation and is not covered under our refunds policy.

Specifications and the test rebate

Each lot is HPLC-tested in-house before release. If your independent third-party HPLC test shows the lot falls outside our published specifications, our refunds policy describes the rebate you are eligible for and which testing labs we accept.

We do not publish a certificate of analysis with each lot by default. Specifications, methodology, and lot details can be discussed by emailing [email protected] with your order number and SKU.

Reserved rights

We may refuse or cancel any order, suspend any account, and decline future shipments at our discretion. Suspected misuse — including any indication of human or animal use, resale, or misrepresentation — is grounds for immediate account termination.
