Where we ship

Ox Research Labs LLC currently ships within the United States only. International shipments are not accepted at this time. We do not ship to PO boxes; a physical street address is required.

We may decline to ship to specific addresses or jurisdictions at our discretion, including addresses we cannot verify and addresses in states where local law requires special registration we do not hold.

Methods and timing

Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated transit time after handoff is 2–5 business days for standard ground shipping. Expedited methods may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PT, or any time during the weekend, are processed the following business day.

Tracking

Once a label is generated, you will receive a tracking number by email to the address on your account. Tracking information can also be viewed on your account page.

Handling and storage

Lyophilized peptides ship ambient. Once received, store sealed, dark, and cool (preferably refrigerated) until reconstitution. Reconstituted product should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe printed on the lot. We are not responsible for product degradation caused by storage conditions after delivery.

Delays and lost shipments

Carrier delays are outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order has not arrived 14 business days after shipping confirmation, contact [email protected] with your order number. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, reship or refund per our refunds policy.

Address changes

We cannot change a shipping address after the carrier has accepted the package. Confirm your address carefully at checkout. We may correct obvious typos before handoff at our discretion; corrected addresses are not guaranteed.

Signature

Orders over a threshold value, or shipments containing controlled or attention-required SKUs, may require a signature on delivery at our or the carrier’s discretion. If a signature is required and delivery is not completed, the carrier’s standard re-attempt and pickup policies apply.
