All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or food or cosmetic application. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher (or purchasing on behalf of one) and that you will use the products solely for the purposes permitted in our research-use policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our research-use policy, or any applicable law.

Orders and payment

Product listings, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not an acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including for stock, pricing errors, suspected resale, or any other reason. Payment terms are as stated at checkout. If we cancel an accepted order, the payment is refunded; we are not liable for any other damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ox Research Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to the products or the site.
